| As China’s intangible cultural heritage, traditional acupuncture is widely recognized in domestic and foreign experts,Except for easily sense of fear to acupuncture needles, traditional acupuncture treatment brings potential unsafe factors such as fainting, sticking of needle, bleeding, breaking of needle, infection. Electric acupuncture, laser acupuncture and magnetic needle come up with the development of science and technology, which have been proved to be useful for the treatment of some particular diseases in clinical applications. However, all the means of acupuncture above come with problems such as low-security coefficient and limitation of treatment scope, they can not replace the traditional acupuncture treatment better.Because of the advantages of strong penetrating power, easy to focus and good directivity, physiotherapy ultrasonic is widely used in diagnosis and therapy of diseases and proved to be highly-effective. Currently, the most common ultrasonic therapy transducer is flat or focusing transducer, which may lead to insufficient or excessive energy on acupuncture point and unsatisfactory prognosis due to its various sound fields. Therefore, further research and development are needed on ultrasonic acupuncture instrument.At present, the reason for adopting "needle" research is unclear, but the contrast of scrapping of traditional Chinese medicine and massage therapy, the effect of acupuncture is faster, visible, the existence of acupuncture apparatus "needle" have a very good value. But ultrasonic acupuncture studies so far have no ideal needle like sound field design, some problems such as complex design algorithm and processing technology, and the sound field is not ideal too.We devised a new method for the design of ultrasonic acupuncture transducer. Part of the spherical piezoelectric transducer and meniscus like sound lens were combined, which led multiple reflections of ultrasonic wave emitted by piezoelectric ceramic transducer between the transducer and the meniscus like sound lens, and eventually transmission into the tissues successively. Needle-shaped sound field were formed during the above process. The design was proved to be accord with scientific basis via hydrophone detection.In addition, attribute to the characteristics of needle-like sound field of ultrasonic acupuncture, this article put forward the schlieren-based method to detect needles like sound field gradient filter. Compared with the traditional test method of acoustic field dot filter ripple shadow, gradient filter has a better detective effect.The main contents of this research including:1. Introduce the current development of acupuncture and moxibustion, including traditional acupuncture and moxibustion, and common clinical physics such as acupuncture. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic acupuncture and put forward possible solution.2. Summarize design principle and method of current common ultrasonic therapy transducer. Put forward a new design of ultrasonic therapy transducer. Estimate the new design via hydrophone detection.3. Schlieren-based technical was used to detect sound field gradient filter. Contrast experiments between gradient filter and traditional dot filter were carried out, which confirmed the feasibility and superiority of gradient filter. |
