In the current field of heart sound signal research,the outer heart sound is usually studied,the inner heart sound is through the chest to the body surface which is generated by the vibration of its atrium,ventricle,and blood vessels in the contraction,diastolic conditions.Need to find a mathematical method in terms of the acoustics to establish contact between inner heart sound field and outer heart sound field.Ultimately through the measured outer heart sound field to reconstruct inner heart sound field,but also reflects the heart sound of the mechanism and through the inner heart sound field for pathology analysis.1.According to the basic principle of traditional sound field reconstruction,the basic principle of inner heart sound field reconstruction based on chest environment is proposed.Firstly,dicussed the reconstruction process of two commonly used sound field reconstruction methods under this principle,simulate by two different methods in an actual sound field radiation model,respectiv ely obtain different effect maps and reconstruction errors.Then discuss the applicability of the two methods according to the simulation results.Finally select the wave superposition method to do the inner heart sound field reconstruction.2.According to the basic principle of inner heart sound field reconstruction,construct an inner heart sound field acquisition method based on wave superposition method.Firstly,discuss the acoustic characteristics of heart sound based on heart vibration process,design the heart-chest sound field model,put forward inner heart sound field method based on wave superposition method,then discuss the equivalence problem of heart source and design the heart-chest simulation model.Finally,the 8-frame mean amplitude map is reconstructed.The experimental results show the feasibility and practicability of the method.3.Two cases of pathological heart sounds are reconstructed by inner heart sound field reconstruction method,including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and atrioventricular septal defect,finally locate the pathological valve clearly.The proposed model can not only reconstruct the effective normal heart sound signals,but also can reconstruct the effective pathological heart sound signals.These results have theoretical significance and practical value in heart tracing and pathological valve location.
