Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a widely available treatment for a variety of malignant and nonmalignant disorders. But noninfectious pulmonary complications following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are a major cause of morbidity and mortality in these patients which with atypical clinical manifestations、limited diagnosis and treatment. To review the noninfectious pulmonary complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation by the epidemiology、risk factors、 clinical manifestations、characteristics of the HRCT、histopathological、 related gene and treatment options. It can guide the clinical work. According to the different clinical onset time, diagnostic criteria, clinical manifestations and the appropriate laboratory tests, Clinicians can early diagnosis and early intervention it. Especially the using of high resolution chest CT and bronchoalveolar lavage can improve the survival rate and prosnosis.
