A Study Of Domestic Medical Website Quality Assessment

In recent years, the development of economy is accompanied by some negative impact to people’s life. The presure of life and the environment pollution,all of these make people in a sub-health state. And thus change the habbit,in the past,people only need the medical information when he or she is ill,but now they would like to look for a healthier lifestyle actively.And there are many ways to seach the health information, such as sharing with friends, consulting the hospital doctors in a traditional way,all of these can meet the needs of people.Internet is becoming a widely recognized,simple and fast health information dissemination measure, and now has formed a large user base.However, the construction of medical website is relatively late in our country, it is not yet perfect and lack a standard evaluation mechanism to evaluate health information provided by the Internet,and also lack clear norm and standards.Therefore the quality of medical website is still worth recomended. And in recent years how to effectively evaluate the medical internet has become one of the hot spot.This study establish a national health care system based on the literature analysis; then through collecting the suggestions and comments of the experts we get the final quality evaluationindex system set of the domestic medical website. Finally, the use of AHP analysis will give us the index weight of the domestic medical website quality evaluation system.In this paper:l)Establish a theoretical framework for the medical website quality evaluation.The indicators are choosed from the aspects of site content, web design, technical support, user friendliness and quality of information.Using expert meetings we further modify the evaluation index system and finally get the evaluation system that contains 20 indicators;2)Through designing questionnaires,we obtain the index comparison matrix.And then using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp),we get the sheer level and total level weightsThe medical site quality evaluation system has some meanings, on the one hand, it can facilitate users to find good ones from variety medical websites.On the other hand,it can help the web site developers and maintainersusers understand more about the needs of users, so as to fit the user needs to maintain the existing users and on this basis to attract new users. In general,this research can provide certain reference and help to users, and can also provide guidance and advice to the site developers and maintainers.
