Objective:(1)to compare all the research object and groups relationships between CAP and PAP; And whether there are differences between groups and in all the research object in the xinjiang uygur, han(2) to investigate the relationship between the urinary trace protein and CAP,PAP;and their differences between uighur and han Chinese;(3) analyze the correlation between CAP and PAPMethods:(1) randomly selected from December 2013 to July 2014 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region people’s hospital of cardiology, 304 patients, by coronary angiography and diagnosis the following four groups: normal group(except for suspected coronary artery disease after coronary angiography examination of coronary heart disease).Simple coronary heart disease;Simple hypertension;Hypertension coronary heart disease.The above two kinds of diseases in accordance with the related disease diagnostic standard in our country.(2) experimental indexes, catheter arterial pressure implemented by directly measuring the blood pressure of the aortic root, determination of 2 consecutive interval(2 minutes), take the mean;At the same time with the cuff CE0044 type electronic sphygmomanometer(Micro life company,Switzerland) determination of the brachial arterial pressure without surgery, determination of 2 consecutive interval(2 minutes), averaging.Pressure measurement by fixed personnel complete;Preoperative day urine trace albumin(Micro Albuminuria, MA) [enzyme-linked immune method, reference range(0-20 g/L)].(3)by SPSS 17. 0 software for statistical analysis, measurement data using mean standard deviation( sx ±),according to measurement data is compared between two groups using t test, counting data by using x2 analysis, multiple sets of comparison between using analysis of variance, the relationship between the two variables using bivariate regression and related, with P < 0.01 think the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1) peripheral artery systolic blood pressure higher than the central artery systolic blood pressure,difference was statistically significant(t = 3.235, P = 3.235), peripheral artery diastolic blood pressure and central artery diastolic pressure difference(t = 2.091, P = 2.091), the difference in the han no difference between the two families and different disease groups(P > 0.01);Four groups of difference between the two group(P > 0.01);(2) urinary micro protein value population distribution between the four groups there are differences, the difference was statistically significant(F = 4.304, P = 4.304), the multiple comparison results in coronary heart disease with hypertension group urine micro protein value is highest, but no obvious difference compared with pure hypertension group(P = 0.279)., pure and simple coronary heart disease high blood pressure and the difference between the normal group(P = 0.167, P = 0.167), and the overall and each inner d han no evident difference between two group(t = 0.714, P = 0.475; t = 0.823, P =0.416, t = 2.204, P = 0.046; t = 0.1.439, P = 0.157, t = 0.048, P = 0.961).(3) because of the differences in national and no difference between different groups, so the overall analysis of the regression equation between: peripheral arterial systolic pressure = 0.666 + 48.562 x center artery systolic pressure(R = 0.682,P < 0.001);Peripheral arterial pressure diastolic = 0.467 + 45.954 x center artery diastolic pressure(R =0.508, P < 0.001);Peripheral arterial pressure pulse pressure = 0.609 + 20.197 x center arterial pressure pulse pressure(R = 0.499, P < 0.001) in the three equations are meaningful.Conclusion:(1) peripheral artery systolic blood pressure higher than the central artery systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure has no obvious difference, the difference has nothing to do with the dimension of the han nationality;(2) urinary micro protein in merging two diseases group sense,but it is still not present pathological increase, the difference has nothing to do with race, may be associated with diseases.(3) both peripheral arterial pressure and central arterial pressure with moderate intensity correlation.
