The Analyses Of Fever Lipiodol Ultra Choose TACE Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer In The Long-term Efficacy

Object: By comparing differences in clinical efficacy and high fever lipiodol room temperature lipiodol transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE) treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(primary liver cancer, PLC) for clinical reasonable choice of iodized oil temperature to provide an objective basis.Methods: select 170 cases of primary liver cancer patients who treated with interventional therapy in our college province from January 2007 to December 2013. including 92 high fever lipiodol group cases; 78 cases of normal temperature lipiodol group. Analysis at different temperatures have portal vein tumor thrombus iodized oil, were compared with TACE-line presence of statistically significant differences in the efficacy of liver function and blood supply of the tumor in three dimensions.Results:The results of life table analysis, fever lipiodol group, the median survival time was 25.90 months, room temperature lipiodol group, the median survival time was 14.42 months. Survival analysis showed that hyperthermia iodized oil line TACE treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients without portal vein tumor thrombus, liver function A-level, rich blood supply under the tumor patient survival rate was significantly higher than normal lipiodol group, and between the two there was statistically significant difference in efficacy(P <0.05); and in the portal vein tumor thrombus, liver function B grade, tumor anemia TACE under different temperatures lipiodol line for the treatment of primary liver cancer cases no significant difference in efficacy.Conclusion: High iodine oil group than normal iodine oil line with conventional treatment of primary liver cancer in the portal venous tumor emboli, liver function grade A, rich blood supply tumor cases patients survival rate was significantly higher, and the curative effects between them was statistically significant(P < 0.05); And in the portal venous tumor emboli, liver function grade B, tumor anemia for cases different temperature iodine oil line treatment for primary liver cancer with conventional curative effect is not significant difference. The line fever lipiodol with Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE), compared iodized oil at room temperature can effectively inhibit tumor growth, reduce tumor recurrence, patient survival time was significantly longer, improve quality of life and survival of patients is a safe, reasonable and effective treatment.
