Objective:1. Understand the prevelance of population of hypertension disorder complicating in different pregnancy body mass index, weight gain during pregnancy and pregnant lifestyle;2. Investigate the association between maternal pregnancy body mass index, gestational weight gain and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy;3. Explore the relationship between maternal lifestyle behaviors in hypertensive disorder complicating, to provide some theoretical basis for preventing the occurrence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods:Between Mar.2012 and July.2014 questionnaires of 5046 pregnant women were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. The questionnaire collected information on demographic factors, reproductive and medical history, smoking, alcohol and tea consumption, occupational and residential history, physicalactivity, work environment, supplement intake. Distributions of selected characteristics between hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy and normotension were compared using χ2-tests. Conditional logistic regression models were used to estimate the associations between Pregnancy weight and pregnant lifestyle and the risk of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy, adjusting for maternal age, pregnancy history and registered residence.Results:1. Of 4818 pregnant women, the average age of pregnant women was(29.19±4.85)year-old, The incidence of HDCP was 10.1%(486/4818). Single factor analysis showed that the occurrence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and Normal blood pressure was associated with maternal age, pregnancy history, and registered residence(P<0. 001).2. In multivariable analyses, overweight women had 3.498 times the risk(95%CI :2.020~6.058)of gestational hypertension and 1.919 times the risk(95%CI:1.489~2.473) of preeclampsia / eclampsia as compared with normal-weight women.and obse women had7.465 times the risk(95%CI:3.659~15.227)of gestational hypertension and 3.360 times the risk(95%CI: 2.287~4.935) of preeclampsia / eclampsia as compared with normal-weight women. Women with excessive weight gain had a 1.8-fold increased risk of gestational hypertension(OR=1.809,95%CI:1.066~3.070) and almost a 2.5-fold increased risk of preeclampsia / eclampsia(OR=2.542,95%CI:1.972~3.277) as compared with women with adequate weight gain.3. In multivariable analyses, adjusting for maternal age, pregnancy history and registered residence, was used to figure out the relationship between Folic acid supplementation and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. In the year prior to pregnancy, folic acid supplement users had a reduced risk of preeclampsia / eclampsia(OR=0.595,95%CI:0.434~0.816), Folic acid supplements are longer than three mouths is a protective factor for preeclampsia /eclampsia(OR=0.604,95%CI:0.436~0.837); In the year before pregnancy and the first 13 weeks of pregnancy, folic acid is a protective factor for preeclampsia / eclampsia(OR=0.600,95%CI:0.431~0.848), In 14 to 26 weeks of pregnancy, folic acid is a protective factor for preeclampsia / eclampsia( OR=0.582,95%CI:0.351~0.966).4. In multivariable analyses, adjusting for maternal age, pregnancy history and registered residence, was used to figure out the relationship between Passive Smoking and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Passive smoking during pregnancy was associated with an increased risk of preeclampsia / eclampsia(OR=1.708,95%CI:1.339~2.178). The risk of preeclampsia / eclampsia increased with the duration of exposure(OR=1.826,95%CI:1.378~2.421)and(OR=1.539,95%CI:1.040~2.278).When the association was examined by exposure location, a signicantly increased risk of preeclampsia / eclampsia was associated with exposure to passive smoking at home(OR=1.645,95%CI:1.207~2.241)and at work(OR=1.477,95%CI:1.087~2.007).In the 13 weeks before pregnancy, passive smoking increased the risks of preeclampsia/eclampsia(OR=1.758,95%CI:1.371~2.253, Every day is less than 1and more than 1 of the day when the exposure time is preeclampsia /eclampsia risk factors(OR=1.884,95%CI:1.412~2.515)and(OR=1.533,95%CI:1.029~2.283), When the association was examined by exposure location, a signicantly increased risk of preeclampsia/eclampsia was associated with exposure to passive smoking at home(OR=1.800,95%CI:1.285~2.523)and at work(OR=1.709,95%CI:1.240~2.354.In 14 to 26 weeks of pregnancy, passive smoking increased the risks ofpreeclampsia/eclampsia(OR=1.684,95%CI:1.305~2.172),Exposure time of per day less than one hour is preeclampsia/eclampsia risk factors(OR=1.817,95%CI:1.354~2.438),Risk increased with increasing duration of exposure at home(OR=1.700,95%CI:1.297~2.229). After 27 weeks of pregnancy, passive smoking were risk factors of preeclampsia/eclampsia(OR=1.842, 95%CI:1.425~2.382), exposure timeperday islessthan1 is preeclampsia /ecla mpsia risk factors(OR=1.989, 95%CI:1.481~2.671), exposure to the environment, in the home is a risk factor for preeclampsia / child epilepsy(OR=2.147, 95%CI:1.629~2.830).Conclusions:1. Prepregnancy overweight and obesity, excessive weight gain during pregnancy is a risk factor for the occurrence of both gestational hypertension and preeclampsia, weight changes during pregnancy should be concerned so as to reduce the occurrence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy;2. Before pregnancy and after pregnancy before 13 weeks of folic acid is a protective factor forpreeclampsia / eclampsia, tips for pregnant women should follow the doctor’s advice rules of folic acid, folic acid supplementation in 14-26 weeks of gestation is a protective factor forpreeclampsia / eclampsia;3.Throughout pregnancy, passive smoking is the risk of preeclampsia / eclampsia factors, exposure at home and elsewhere are will increase the risk of preeclampsia risk of preeclampsia / day, and every day more than 1 less than 1 when the exposure time is preeclampsia / eclampsia risk factors.
