Objective:To comparative investigate the sensibility and specificity of the CAG and the exercise electrocardiography that diagnose the CHD patients in the early process.Methods:202 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2013 through March 2015 were selected in this study. All subjects were suspected of CHD which is defined as at least one coronary artery or its branches has stenosis above 70%,We diagnose CHD with the CAG which as a gold standard. And soon afterwards we make the 202 patients to take part in MCG and TET one afer another. At last,we collect the results of the two inspect methods and make a comparative investigation with the CAG results, thus we can compare the sensibility and specificity of them. Results:In the selected 202 patients, the sensitivity of HT-MCG, ECG exercise test was 81.25%, 68.75%(P <0.05), the specificity was 81.08%, 67.58%(P <0.05), The difference of se nsitivity and the specificity between the HT-MCG and ECG exercise test has statistical sig nificance. Conclusion:It proved that MCG have a higher level of sensitivity and the specificity in the prelimi nary diagnostic in CHD than the TET.
