Objective:By comparing with intraoperative temporary blood improved and the clinical curative effect of traditional surgical treatment of lower limb popliteal artery injury, to further explore the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of operative methods and provide some experience and reference for clinical treatment of this disease. Methods:Into the research of our hospital in July 2011-- July 2014 the lower extremity of popliteal artery injury cases admitted to emergency were 42 cases, including male 28 cases, female 14 cases, age 17~65 years old, average 35 years old. According to the emergency operation with different operation were divided into two groups: temporary blood intraoperative modified operation group(18 cases) and conventional surgery group(24 cases). Respectively to compare two groups of patients in the process of reconstruction of blood supply, operation time and hospital stay time index, to analyze its statistical significance. According to Zhou Zhide limb blood vessel damage assessment method and postoperative Lei Fang popliteal artery injury repair limb function after scoring criteria on two groups of patients limb function were assessed, the result row statistical processing. Results :All the patients were followed up for, the mean duration of follow-up was 12 months(8 ~ 24 months). Two cases were amputationed in routine operation group, temporary blood groups were successful limb salvage. Limb reconstruction of blood of two groups of transport time, operation time, hospitalization time, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); To the last follow-up, two groups of patients limb function recovery on the basis of Zhou Zhide limbs function of blood vessel damage and Lei Fang popliteal artery injury repair limb function after scoring criteria, temporary blood modified operation group was better than that of conventional operatiom group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusions:Intraoperative temporary blood improved in the treatment of popliteal artery injury, can greatly shorten the time of the limb reconstruction of blood supply, improve the success rate of limb salvage, has positive significance to the recovery of limb function. Modified operation for the treatment of postoperative temporary blood supply to the timeout limit of popliteal artery injury and provide new methods and theoretical basis.
