Objective: To classify and count the postoperative pathological results of lung ground-glass nodules found in preoperative CT examination, and to statistically calculate the relevant values and imaging features, and obtain the imaging features of nodules and their pathological correlation. Methods: The data of 203 patients accepted into the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2021 to December 2021,with ground-glass nodules detected by CT and confirmed pathopathology after surgery, were collected, and they were divided into benign lesion group(infectious lesions, etc.),progenitor group of glands(comprises atypical adenomatous hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma in situ),microinvasive adenocarcinoma and group of invasive adenocarcinoma according to pathology, including 18 patients with benign lesions. The remaining three groups had a total of 185 patients.Part of the clinical data of patients in each group and the location, size, boundary, nodule density, average CT value, lobar sign and spiculation sign and also vacuole sign, air bronchogram sign other vascular convergence sign and pleural indentation sign of ground-glass nodules were evaluated and statistically analyzed.Chi-square test and Fisher test were used for qualitative data, and one-way analysis of variance and nonparametric Krustal-Wa Uis H test were used for quantitative data.Receiver operating characteristic curves were draw into determining the optimal cutoff value, sensitivities, and specific content.RESULTS:There were significant difference in terms of average age and smoking history, plain and enhanced CT values in the benign lesion group,AAH/AIS group,MIA group, and IAC group. The mean diameter difference was found to be statistically significant(X~2=32.160,P=0.001).There were significant differences between the four groups in size, shape, borders, lobulation, spine layer, pleural indentation, vascular convergence, vacuolation and air bronchogram. There was a significant difference in mean CT values, mean diameter, nodule size, nodule density, lobulation sign and air bronchogram between benign lesions and IAC,AAH/AIS and IAC,MIA and IAC.There was a significantly difference in mean diameter and lobing between AAH/AIS and MIA(P=0.029<0.05).There were significant differences in nodule shape, border and burr sign as well as pleural depression sign and bronchial inflation sign between AAH/AIS group and IAC、MIA group and IAC group(P<0.008).There was a significant difference between the benign lesion group and the IAC group in terms of vacuolar sign and vascular convergence sign. There was remarkable difference in vacuolar sign between AAH/AIS and IAC group. The use of three indications of mean plain CT value and enhanced CT value with and mean diameter to differentiate the diagnosis of benign lesion group from IAC group,AAH/AISand IAC group and MIA group from IAC group has high value. Conclusion:Age,smoking history and CT features of ground-glass nodules were correlated with the pathology of nodules, and these features could be used to distinguish benign lesions, prodromal lesions, microinvasive adenocarcinoma and invasive adenocarcinoma.
