Study Of The Expression Of β-defensin-2 In Bullous Pemphigoid

Objective:By contras the differente expression of HBD- 2 in bullous pemphigoid,psoriasis and the healthy people,to explore the connection of HBD- 2 and bullous pemphigoid in pathogenesis and prognosis.Methods:Select 20 cases of bullous pemphigoid(BP) skin, 20 cases of psoriasis skin, 20 cases of healthy skin to tissue, we use immunohistochemical method to detect HBD- 2respectively expression level in three kinds of specimens of paraffin section. 20 cases of unusual psoriasis detected as positive control group. 20 cases of healthy skin tissue as the negative control group. Choose the average grey value as reference data. Using SPSS18.0statistical software for data analysis. The data are analyzed by t Test to analysis. Contrast between groups choose rank and inspection to analysis.Results:Beta defensive element to express: normal skin tissues of immunohistochemical staining HBD- 2 in the base layer is a small amount of expression, BP was detected in patients with full-thickness visible expression, immunohistochemical in epidermis of patients with psoriasis skin full-thickness see HBD- 2 expression.HBD- 2 expression in the BP epidermis is higher than normal skin(Z = 10.892, P < 0.001), higher than detected(Z = 5.385, P < 0.001).Conclusion:The high expression of HBD- 2 in BP prompt that HBD- 2 is involved in the process of bullous pemphigoid. High expression of HBD- 2 can reduce infection.It prompt that the degree of skin damage in bullous pemphigoid can guide the quantity of anti-infection.
