Objective:Application of dobutamine stress echocardiography to evaluate liver cirrhosis rabbit left ventricular systolic function, for the early detection of potential heart function in patients with cirrhosis of the liver damage to provide a reference basis.Methods:20 healthy male New Zealand white rabbit, the experimental group and control group of 20, 50% CCl4 model of of cirrhosis of the liver. Model group lines of dobutamine echocardiography load test after liver tissue, myocardial tissue pathology. Loading dose respectively, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 mu g/kg/min) five levels, each level load lasts for 5 min,measured after the left front diameter, interventricular septum thickness, left ventricular end-systolic and end-diastolic diameter, left ventricularposterior wall thickness and end-diastolic volume,and left ventricularend systolic volume, stroke volume, ejection fraction and shortening fraction, left ventricular apex and acquisition two cavity, four cavity and tissue doppler image at least four consecutive cardiac cycle. Is liver cirrhosis group and normal group the same load measurement and analysis of left ventricular systolic function damage relations with liver cirrhosis.Results:① Control is compared between way: control the heart rate as the dose dobutamine load(5, 10 and 20 ug/kg- 1 min) increased slightly faster, the two groups had no difference(P > 0.05); 30, 40 ug/kg- 1 min when heart rate significantly faster, statisticallysignificant differences(P < 0.01). Left ventricular systolic function parameters: compared with the resting state, with the dose dobutamine load(5, 10 and 20 ug/kg- 1 min), LVEF,FS, SV slightly lower, the two groups had no difference(P > 0.05); Loading dose(30, 40ug/kg- 1 min), significantly lower LVEF, FS, SV, a statistically significant difference(P<0.01). ② Cirrhosis of the liver is compared between liver cirrhosis way: heart rate as the dose dobutamine(0, 5, 10 and 20 ug/kg- 1 min) increases slightly faster, the two groups had no difference(P > 0.05), 30, 40 ug/kg- 1 min when heart rate significantly faster,statistically significant differences(P < 0.01). Left ventricular systolic function parameters:compared with the resting state, with the dose dobutamine load(5, 10 and 20 ug/kg- 1min), left ventricular systolic function parameters LVEF, FS, SV significantly reduced,statistically significant difference(P < 0.01); 30 ug/kg- 1 min doses, LVEF, FS, SV is not obvious reduction,the two groups had no difference(P> 0.05); 40 ug/kg- 1 min doses,LVEF, FS, SV significantly reduced, statistically significant difference(P < 0.01). ③Liver cirrhosis group compared with control group the same loading dose: resting state,cirrhosis of the liver of rabbit heart rate significantly faster. The same dose comparison: 5,10 and 20 ug/kg- 1 min cirrhosis group than control group in the heart rate slightly faster,when the two groups had no difference(P> 0.05),30, 40 ug/kg- 1 min when the heart rate increased obviously, the difference statistically significant(P< 0.01). Left ventricular systolic function parameters: resting state: LVEF, FS, SV decreases, and reduced systolic function, statistically significant difference(P < 0.01). Dose dobutamine load(5, 10 and 20ug/kg- 1 min), liver cirrhosis group than control group in LVEF, FS, SV significantly reduced, statistically significant difference(P< 0.01); 30 ug/kg- 1 min doses: liver cirrhosis group parameters slightly reduced systolic function; the two groups had no difference(P> 0.05); 40 ug/kg- 1 min doses: liver cirrhosis group than the control group significantly reduced systolic function parameters, two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusions:①The resting state, cirrhosis of the liver is often reduced systolic function. Equivalent load doses,liver cirrhosis group and left ventricular reduce shrinkage function.②Cirrhosis group than normal load resistance is poor.③Dobutamine load test can be found early cirrhosis rabbit left ventricular structure and systolic function is impaired.
