Objective : The aim of study was to assess the risk factors for the delelopment of Liver cirrhosis(LC),Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)among Hepatitis C virus,so as to promote the screenting in the high risk populations, and treat it as soon as quickly. Methods:A total of 218 patients with hepatitis C liver cirrhosis from2008 January to 2013 January in our hospital were incorporated in this program. This study contains 68 patients with HCV related liver Cirrhosis(the group of LC), and 56 patients with HCV related Hepatocellular carcinoma(the group of HCC),and 94 patients with HCV(the group of CHC),All patients underwent were retrospective analysised with gender, age, smoking histery, heavy alcohol abuse, AST、ALT, HCVRNA lever, diabetes, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, yes or not to antiviral therapy unconditional logistic regression was performed to analyze the risk fantors for the delelopment of LC and HCC among Hepatitis C virus. Results:The research suggested that there was no signi- ficantly difference in prevalence of age、gender、AST、ALT, HCVRNA lever, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(p>0.05).Univariable analysis showed that smoking histery, heavy alcohol abuse, diabetes, not to antiviral therapy infect Hepatitis C virus to LC, HCC(p<0.01. The case were analyzed by multiple conditional Logistic regression, that the following four factors included smoking histery, heavy alcohol abuse, diabetes, not to antiviral therapy entered the Logistic Modal. The Exp(B)s in the group of LC were 0.423、2.932、2.724、1.397,and in the group of HCC were 0.425,2.937,2.7291.399, andp<0.05.The results were showed that the following four factors were significant difference. This means that smoking histery, heavy alcohol abuse, diabetes, not to antiviral therapy were the independent risk factors for Hepatitis C virus related LC, HCC.Conclusion:The patients of Chronic Hepatitis C with the long history of smoking, heavy alcohol abuse, diabetes, not to antiviral therapy, were the risk people to complited with liver Cirrhosis, and there was no significantly di- fference in prevalence of age、gender、AST、ALT, HCVRNA lever, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Hepatocellular carcinoma, clinical need attention and prevention the occurrence of LC and HCC.
