| Purpose:To study the regular treatment,from Professor Mr. Shi, with changpuyujin formula to cure interference invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm, to discuss the effectiveness of Chinese medicine for improving symptoms.Method: Divide 64 patients into two groups, 32 in treatment group and the other 32 in control group. The patients in the treatment group are treated with P.O. Changpuyujin particle and the control group treated with western medicine: P.O.tiapride hydrochloride tablet. The clinical treatment lasts 6 weeks and record the clinical symptom of the two groups respectively before and after different treatments. Randomly visit the patients in one month and three month after stopping the treatment, record the conditions of patients, observe the efficiency of the different treatments in long term. Analyse all the data with the software SPSS19.0.Results: Both treatments can improve the symptom caused TS(P<0.05). But the frequency of TS in the two groups is different after the treatment, P<0.05 in the sense of statics, and the results of treatment group is better than that of control group; There is no significant deviation in model of TS, intensity,and behavior(P>0.05);the TCM symptom improves in both groups(P<0.05), however, the accumulating points of TCM symptom is obviously different during the treatment(P<0.05) and the treatment surpasses the control group. According to the random visit of two groups in one month and three month after treatment, the accumulating points of follow-up symptom both improve a lot in the two groups, and follow up symptom of the treatment group is better than that of control group in long term.Conclusion: 1. Accordong to the comparison of the two groups,the treatment group surpasses the control group in the items of the clinical effective rate and TCM symptom; 2. the drug reaction of changpuyujin formula well prove that the treatment with changpuyujin formula to cure TS caused by wind and phlegm is quite valuable. |
