ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility of evaluating the prognosis of patients with m assive cerebral infarction through electroencephalogram reactive, to rich the means of assessing brain function in clinical work.MethodsUsing SOLAR3000 N video EEG monitoring system which produced by B eijing sun electronic co., LTD for all object within 72 hours after admission t o bedside continuous eeg monitoring, electroencephalogram reaction experime nts,With GOS as the prognosis standard,recording GCS score on admission to hospital and discharge respectively. Recording the background activity, r eactivity and sleep spindle of CEEG. All cases were analysed by two doctor according with EEG grading of Synek.Results1)Synek, GCS, sleep spindles, EEG reactive associated with prognosis(P<0.05).2)No c orrelation be tween pure eeg bac kground a ctivities a nd prognosis(P>0.05).3)The specificity of EEG reactive is 87% higher than Synek.4)The sensitivity of Sleep spindles is 95% higher than Syenk grading.Conclusions1)Synek, GCS, sleep spindles, eeg reactivity can be indicators for eva luating the prognosis, but each has its drawbacks.2)Electrical reactive has high specificity for evaluating the prognosis, an d easy to operate and judgment,so it is convenient for clinical promotion.3)Sleep spindles has high sensitivity for evaluating the prognosis,Sleep s pindles prognosis has high sensitivity,in the furure it can combined with eeg reactive to be a new electrical standard to estimate the prognosis.
