Object To investigate the mi R-21, miR-203 a, miR-146 a, miR-125 b expression in different development stages of epidermal keratinocytes of psoriasis. Methods Collection of clinical psoriasis lesions specimens in different periods, after using stem-loop reverse transcription primers to reverse transcribed into cDNA,the expression of miR-203 a,miR-21, miR-146 a and miR-125 b was detected by Real-time PCR of absolute quantification. Results 1. Compared with normal skin tissues, miR-21, miR-203 a, miR-146 a was significantly up-regulated at Phase, stationary and stable in Psoriasis(P<0.05), miR-125 b was significantly down-regulated(P<0.05);2. Compared with skin tissues adjacent, miR-21,mi R-203 a, miR-146 a was significantly up-regulated at Phase, stationary and stable in Psoriasis(P<0.05), miR-125 b was significantly down-regulated(P<0.05);3. Normal skin tissueslesional tissue compared with skin tissues adjacent, it is not significant differential expression of miR-21, miR-203 a, miR-146 a and miR-125 b.conclusion mi R-203 a, miR-21, MiR-146 a, miR-125 b into the differential expression of psoriasis in different development period, which may through its target gene regulation of STAT3, B, MAPKs, NF- kappa TNF- alpha signal pathway to participate in the occurrence and development of psoriasis.
