Objective To observe the influence of hyperglycemia and Hb A1 c on short-term prognosis of patients after acute cerebral hemorrhage, provide a monitoring index for it’s short-term prognosis. Methods General information collected in January 2013-October 2014 cases of acute cerebral patients with Ningxia Medical University affiliated Hospital, department of Neurology, within 24 hours admission.collect all of the general characteristic, the style of life, history of diseases, blood pressure, all of the related laboratory parameters. According to admission fasting glucose levels were divided into two groups, group hyperglycemia(blood glucose> 6.1mmol / l) 84 cases, and normal blood glucose(blood glucose <6.1mmol / l) 113 cases. The elevate Hb A1 c group(Hb A1c>6.5%) 80 cases, and normal group(Hb A1c<6.5%)117cases.According to the risk analysis we divide the blood glucose into four teams, the normal team have 98 cases, the low risk team have 74 cases, the central team have 9 cases, the high risk team have 10 cases. All of the study of the acute intracerebral hemorrhage patients analysis short-term prognosis use neurology test Rankin Scale score(m Rs score).as it:m Rs≥3 points the prognosis is poor.and the multivariate we use logistic regression analysis.we study the acute intracerebral hemorrhage patients’ s blood glucose level, the Hb A1 c level and other general factors.we analysis the short-term prognosis, and calculate the rate and the credible rate.Results(1)According to statistics software,we reach the conclusion that sex of patients on admission, previous history of disease, admission blood pressure, triglycerides and total cholesterol In the two teams we compare the prognosis is no meaning(p>0.05),no significant.(2)The patient’s blood glucose levels, Hb A1 c and homocysteine Level in the two groups thinks the prognosis is all have the meaning(p<0.05),indicated that the age, blood glucose level, Hb A1 c and homocysteine as a poor prognosis factor.(3)According to the risk analysis we divide the random blood glucose into four teams, the risk high team and the low risk team have statistically significant p<0.05,thinks that the level of the blood glucose is more high the short-term prognosis is worse.(4)After the logistic regression analysis study we think that of admission of random blood glucose and Hb A1 c outcomes are still statistically significant association, blood glucose 95%CI(0.203-0.889), p<0.05,Hb A1 c 95%CI(0.180-0,880), p<0.05.random blood glucose level and Hb A1 c are adverse for short-term prognosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion(1)The random blood glucose level and Hb A1 C levels for acute cerebral patinets short-term prognosis is not advantageous.(2)The random blood glucose level and Hb A1 C level is more high, the ICH patients short-term prognosis is more worse.
