Objective: Discussion guidewire positioning mammography, ultrasound locating surface, ductoscopy guidewire positioning for diagnosis and treatment of suspicious palpable breast disease. Methods: Our hospital surgical oncology 2013-1-1 to 2014-12-31 mammography or ultrasound and clinical examination revealed suspicious lesions inaccessible mass(with or without associated with nipple discharge) of the patients, a total of 209 people. Among them, the patients with nipple discharge under 22, the line ductoscopy guidewire positioning tumor resection. The remaining 169 patients, ultrasound confirmed a suspicious mass line ultrasound locating surface tumor resection, and 16 patients were found only suspicious lesions in mammography film, the next line of mammography guidewire positioning tumor resection. According to the results of pathology patient, analysis of three precise positioning technology in the early detection and treatment of breast cancer in value. Results: All 209 cases of patient positioning operations are thus successfully, positioning satisfaction, surgical resection is accurate, no guidewire positioning guide wire off or displaced, no infection, hematoma and other complications. Pathological examination showed: 61 cases of malignant lesions, including 21 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma, 20 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ, invasive intraductal carcinoma early four cases, 14 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma; according to AJCC sixth edition of the breast cancer staging: 0 of 11 cases, I of 28 cases, II of 20 cases,. 148 cases of benign lesions(70.8%), including 70 cases of breast hyperplasia, 28 cases of fibroadenoma, mild- moderate dysplasia 19 cases, 23 cases of papillary tumors, eight cases of ductal dilatation catheter inside. Malignant lesions according to the situation OK modified radical mastectomy or breast-conserving, benign lesion or line segment resection of breast cancer detection rate was 28.5%, diagnostic accuracy was 100%.Conclusion: Ultrasound locating surface tumor resection, ductoscopy guidewire positioning tumor resection and mammography-guided resection guide wire positioning can make a diagnosis of palpable breast masses, with little trauma, surgery time is short and precise positioning, etc. characteristics, to improve the early diagnosis of breast cancer, reducing mortality has some clinical value.
