Objective To observe and study the relationship between Cholinesterase(CHE) and indicators of prothrombin time, albumin, bilirubin, the cholinesterase in different liver tissues, and analyse the influence of different factors on the CHE, and evaluate CHE cases of liver resection of hepatic reservational function evaluation and meaning, and and provide the clinical basis for the establishment of preoperative liver resection ofhepatic reservational function.Method 1.Retrospective observe the indictors of CHE, serum albumin, prothrombin time, bilirubin of patients after liver resection and the patients with Hepatic Cirrhosis in Infection department and healthy persons in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital during 2010 and 2013,then analyse relationship between normal group, Child A,B and C. 2.we measured those indicators such as CHE, serum albumin, prothrombin time, bilirubin levels and intraoperative blood loss, obstructive time of portal vein, operation time and the Standardized Remmant Liver Volume Ration(SRLVR = postoperative liver volume / preoperative liver volume)of patients with hepatectomy during perioperative period in our department from April 2014 to March 2015,then anlayse the correlation between the CHE and those index.Using single factor analysis and Pearson correlation analysis to determine the assessment function of the CHE liver to liver resection. Results In the Child classification, cholinesterase levels were statistically significant(P<0.05)in difference groups;the correlation between cholinesterase and serum albumin、prothrombin time were statistically significant in the each group(P<0.05), and correlation between bilirubin and cholinesterase were statistically significant(P<0.05) in Child C stage. The cholinesterase levels before and after hepatectomy is statistically significant difference;there is no statistically significant(P>0.05) between the cholinesterase change rate and the amount of intraoperative bleeding volumn, operation time, obstructive time of portal vein.and the rate of change of cholinesterase with remnant liver was positively correlated(r = 0.487, P = 0.029).Conclusion The serum cholinesterase levels is consistent with and the impaired condition liver function. The change rate of Cholinesterase and SRLVR were closely linked, hepatic reservational function less affected by the factor of liver resection, and to some extent, cholinesterase can reflect the changes in liver function reserve.
