The Pneumoconiosis Patients’ Nutriture Research Analysis And The Quality Of Life

ObjectiveEvaluated and analyzed the nutritional status of patients with pneumoconiosis and the related influence factors,as well as the present quality of life.In addition,the factors affecting the quality of life were also discussed.Results of the research can provide the theoretical foundation for the nutrition support treatment and the spirit care of the pneumoconiosis patients in the future.MethodsSelected and detected the nutrition related indicators of the total 290 pneumoconiosis patients in respiratory medicine of hospital from September 2012 to April 2014.And determined the pulmonary function of the patients.The quality of life determination index was adopted for diagnoses,and SPSS17 statistics software was used to analyze the data.ResultsAll of the related nutrition indicators of pneumoconiosis patients were within the normal range,but the lung function values were lower than normal range.The lung function of pneumoconiosis patients is damaged seriously,and the serum protein contentdecreased.Body mass index and hemoglobin were positively correlated.Electrolyte of pneumoconiosis patients showed no significant difference in body mass index classification.The lymphocytes hundred,absolute value of lymphocytes and serum albumin were negatively correlated with age.As to urea nitrogen and creatinine,there were no significant difference in age group.Compared with control group,the quality of life of hospital pneumoconiosis patients scored significantly lower in the field of biological psychological,social relations and environmental.ConclusionThe protein content in pneumoconiosis patient body is low,as is the immunity.It is suggested that patients should improved their nutrition status,strengthen their immunity and respiratory muscle strength,and avoid the occurrence of another complication,thus raising the survival rate and quality of life.The detection of electrolyte can help doctors in clinic realize timely and improve the circumstance of electrolyte disorders in the body of pneumoconiosis miner,then make timely and accurate judgement and treatment.The relations between the microelement and lung function damage of hospital patients need further research.The life quality of hospital pneumoconiosis patients is bad,they need not only the treatment to relieve the desease of body,but also the help to them from the family social environment.
