Objective:To research the effect of ICU mechanical ventilation conventional nursing combine with early activity on the incidence of delirium of patient with mechanical ventilation in ICU;To see the level of ICU nurses know about the delirium. Methods:1. Used questionnaire survey to see what the level of ICU nurses know about the delirium, and based on the results to carry out corresponding training of delirium knowledge.2. Used experimental analysis, 77 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU during March to July of 2014 were absorbed in control group according inclusion criteria, 79 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU during August to December of 2014 were absorbed in interventional group according inclusion criteria. All of the patients were received ICU mechanical ventilation conventional nursing, such as daily awakening 、 sedative using and so on, but the application of early activity only carried out in interventional group. And the incidence of delirium、the severity of delirium、the machine ventilates time、the curative time and bills in ICU of all the patients were collected.3. All of the results were analyzed by statistical software of SPSS17.0. Results:1. 42 questionnaires were issued, and all of them be collected back. According to the questionnaires, only 4(7.14%) nurses know about the basic knowledge of delirium, and 17(11.90%) nurses does not know about delirium totally, and only 14(33.33%) nurses have the attention to study the knowledge of delirium.2. According to the inclusion criteria, 156 patients with mechanical ventilation were included. In the two groups, the type of hypoactive delirium were largest, followed by mixed type, and the type of hyperactive delirium was least. Among the 42 cases of delirium, the average time from the moment when the patient were diagnosed with delirium to the moment when the patient need mechanical ventilation were 2.40±1.55 d, and 14 case of them were diagnosed with delirium after 24 h from the moment when they needed mechanical ventilation.3. The result show that:(1) The incidence of delirium of interventional group(15.20%) were significant decreased compared with control group(15.20%)(P<0.05);(2)The incidence of delirium is different between the different groups of age, with the growth of the age, the incidence of delirium is increased(P<0.05).(3) in terms of the time, the mechanical ventilation time of interventional group(88.87±56.86h) were significant decreased compared with control group(111.82±75.68h)(P<0.05),the curative time in ICU of interventional group(6.49±4.71d) were significant decreased compared with control group(8.58±5.49d)(P<0.05).(4) in terms of the bill, the bill in ICU of interventional group(1.62±1.16 ten thousand RMB) were significant decreased compared with control group(2.09±1.50 ten thousand RMB)(P<0.05).Conclusion:ICU conventional nursing combine with early activity can reduce the incidence of delirium, alleviate the condition of delirium, shorten the time and cutting down the bills in ICU of the patient with mechanical ventilation; The level of ICU nurses know about the delirium is lower, and to carry out corresponding training of delirium knowledge needs to be strengthened...
