Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of the inner diameter of the right heart chamber and the plasma NT-pro BNP level in elderly patients with AECOPD, and to investigate the clinical significance of the changes of the levels. Methods: Selected 278 cases of elderly AECOPD, pulmonary heart disease in Xining area,by measured the plasma NT-pro BNP values, measured the right atrial(RA), end-diastolic right ventricular diameter(RVDs), pulmonary artery(PA), pulmonary vasoconstriction related indicators pressure(PASP), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF%) under echocardiography and blood gas analysis and other related indicator,Grouped according to lung function and plasma NT-pro BNP level,And compared between groups of right heart condition, PASP and changes in blood gas analysis equivalent, to observe whether the correlation. Results: The plasma NT-pro BNP levels and pulmonary artery systolic pressure in different levels of lung function group pairwise comparisons between groups, the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05); RA, RV, AO, PA Inter, PASP and blood gas analysis and other indicators in grouped by lung function pairwise comparison between group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The blood plasma NT-pro BNP level and RA, RV and PA, RVOT and PASP present just related. Conclusion: 1.The worse the pulmonary function of patients with AECOPD, the lower the SO2% performance of the patients with PCO2 and PO2 were more significantly, and to a certain extent, it was more likely to respond to AECOPD patients.2.the plasma NT-pro BNP level and the right heart chamber diameter and pulmonary arterial pressure of patients with AECOPD were positively correlated, and their levels may reflect the severity of pulmonary function in patients with AECOPD. |
