Clinical And Pathological Characteristics Of Correlation Analysis In Xining Region Of Different Populations Of IgA Nephropathy

Objective: To study the xining region in different populations of Ig A nephropathy(Ig AN) in patients with clinical manifestations, pathological features and the relationship between the evaluation of clinical and pathological characteristics in Ig AN diagnosis and the role and clinical significance.Methods: A retrospective analysis in February 2010 to April 2014 in qinghai province people’s hospital urology department biopsy diagnosis of Ig AN patients clinical data and pathological data, a total of 101 cases.Results: 1. Male 60 cases, female 41 cases; Age 33.42 + 33.42 on average, through the statistical analysis between men and women come on different ethnic groups and different nationalities onset age difference significant(p < 0.05); 2. Has the highest percentage of clinical manifestation in edema(41.58%); Urinary anomalies with highest proportion of proteinuria with hematuria(80.20%), different gender urine protein quantitative have significant difference(p < 0.05); 3. The pathologic grading in class II accounts for the proportion up to 50.50%, the different sex pathological grading significant(p < 0.05), different pathologic stage abnormal urine, serum creatinine and blood Ig A differences between different national pathologic stage had significant difference(p < 0.05); 4. The pathologic grading and serum creatinine, pathological Ig A deposits, urine protein quantitative, age were positively correlated(p < 0.05);Conclusion: 1. Xining region Ig AN ratio is 1.46 :1, Onset age to 38 ~ of constitute the highest(36.63%); 2. The xining region Ig AN male pathology and clinical symptoms of patients over age women, and older ones pathological damage heavier; 3. The Xining region Ig AN clinical manifestations of patients with edema, urinary anomalies more performance for small- amount of proteinuria; Pathologic stage in class II accounts for the proportion; 4. With the renal pathological damage is aggravating, age, serum creatinine, pathological Ig A deposits strength and urine protein to a rise in quantitative or aggravating trend.
