Objective:Study on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) 3D-WATS imaging and enhanced sequence combined with serum anti cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody levels to find the meaning of wrist in early rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods: The laboratory examination and imaging examination of comprehensive evaluation. Totally 34 cases of patients with multiple joint swelling and pain, male 10 cases, with an average age of 56.8 years; 24 females, with an average age of 46.8. The average age 49.0 + 14.1 years old. For bilateral wrist and metacarpophalangeal joint MRI scanning, using spin echo(SE), T2W-STIR, 3D-WATS, sequence scan sequence. The serum levels of anti CCP antibodies were also measured. The laboratory examination and imaging examination were integrated to evaluate early rheumatoid arthritis. Results :Total number of 34 cases were collected. Among them, the newly diagnosed and follow-up of the disease progress in 2010 with the American College of Rheumatism(ACR) RA diagnostic criteria for 28 cases of RA patients with RA diagnosis standard can be diagnosed cases, including the early diagnosis of RA patients with 20 cases, 8 cases diagnosed patients, 6 patients with other inflammatory lesions; 14 cases of RA patients with positive anti CCP antibody in the early stage, the positive rate was 70%. In 18 patients with MRI showed synovitis, 16 cases with bone marrow edema, 18 cases had bone erosion. Early RA group of 20 patients, 14 cases showed pannus formation, emergence rate reached 70%. Conclusion:MRI and enhanced 3D-WATS sequence scanning combined with early diagnosis and detection of anti CCP antibody is helpful to RA. |
