Objective: To detect the expression of IL-17 and IL-27 in the human liver tissue of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis and explore its function and clinical significance in the initiation 、 promotion and progression of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis。Methods:1 the object of study : to select 20 patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis who have had surgical procedure in qinghai university affiliated hospital;2 Experimental procedures:(1) Collecting the pathologic specimens of patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis dise ase who have had surgical procedure, and divide them into group A : edge with organization(2 cm according to lesion edge rim):group B : normal tissue( apart from lesion edge rim more than 2 cm)。 Both of the two groups were preserved in- 80 ℃ refrigerator for reserve。(2) Sending the collected pathological specimens to our pathology department to made into 3 um thick paraffin embedding slices 。(3) Dyeing these paraffin embedding slices of human liver tissue with alveolar echinococcosis by immunohistochemical techni que, then take them in organization morphological examination by microscope and detection the expression of Interleukin-17 and Interleukin-27 in turn.(4) Sorting data, statistical analysis, come to the conclusion。Results: The expression of IL-17 and IL-27 in the edge of liver tissue of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis is obviously higher than normal group(P <0.01), differences have statistica I significance 。Conclusion : The high expression in liver tissue of echinococcus multilocularis infected patients maybe relat ed to echinococcus multilocularis’ biological behavior of malignant and invasive growth 。...
