Objective Discussion on the characteristics of changes of nail foldmicrocirculation after replantation within90days.Methods The use of a certain type of domestic microcirculation instrumenton the health of finger and finger replantation after30days,60days,90days ofreplanted finger body nailfold microcirculation detection, were processed by Tian Niuweighted integral method.Results1After statistical analysis, after replantation of severed fingers in30days,60days,90days had a significant difference compared with the contralateralhealthy nailfold microcirculation, morphology, flow around the loop condition and thetotal weighted integral value (P <0.001).2After statistical analysis, after replantationof severed fingers with nail fold microcirculation in60days and90days afteroperation, the total integral with nail wrinkle microcirculation compared with totalscore was significant difference (P <0.001); replantation of severed finger nail foldmicrocirculation in patients60days around the loop condition and the total score and90days after operation with nail fold microcirculation. Zhou state and total score weresignificantly different (P <0.005), no significant difference was found between theform (P=0.060), no significant difference was found between the flow pattern(P=0.061).Conclusion1after replantation of amputated finger nailfold microcirculationweighted value decreased gradually with time, after90days is not restored to healththe finger level; however, with increasing time after operation, patients with nail foldmicrocirculation weighted value can be restored to health the finger level, furtherresearch is needed.2after replantation of severed fingers in60to90days, with the nail fold microcirculation morphology, flow weighted mean no obvious change;suggests that after60to90days with the nail fold microcirculation morphology, flowrecovery slowed down. The nail fold microcirculation detection is3after digitalreplantation operation effect and risk refers to a kind of objective evaluation method ofrecovery, and according to the microcirculation change, put forward treatmentmeasures.
