| In the age of Big Data, individual learning behavior seems to be disordered, but when data grows to a certain degree, the order and law of group learning behavior starts to suffer. Certain order and law can be concluded from massive data collection and analysis, which could prove to be helpful to learners and administrators. Nowadays, medical care system in our country is going through reformation. As specialized service, hospitals should make adjustments according to the level of development of market economy, and strengthen their self-management and also develop advanced management tools to facilitate scientific administration. What’s more, informationization level of a hospital has become a strong indicator of its comprehensive strength, and statistics drawn from big data has become the basis of scientific management. This is also current development trend of hospital e-record management.Equipped with analysis of self work environment and current status of e-record management in Qinhuangdao NO.1 hospital, this paper discusses the significance of e-record management and tried to expose problems existing in e-record management and usage. Furthermore, it tries to the root cause behind these problems and how to deal with them, and also explores ways to put knowledge gained in the process into practice.This paper discusses how to promote e-record management to address clinical care problems and improve efficiency approaches to e-record management. At first, it gives an introductory to the e-record concepts in the age of Big Data and the importance of e-record management in medical industry. Then, it reveals the current problem of e-record management in Qinhuangdao NO.1 hospital. Toward the end of this paper, methods for e-record building are provided from many fronts, including personnel, service awareness, service quality, safety concerns and security mechanism. In the very end of the paper, certain advices are put forward to help the hospital’s e-record building and management. |
