Objective By analyzing the clinical data of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF) and being combined with CHADS2 score method, the aim of this study is to investigate the relevant risk factors of stroke in patients with NVAF, provide the theoretical basis for effective prevention and control. Methods A total of 322 subject with NVAF in the Department of Cardiology and Neurology were enrolled, divided into two groups: 171 patients without stroke(without roke group),151 patients suffered from stroke(stroke group). Statisticsed the date of two groups in gender, age, coronary heart disease, diabetes, arterial disease, total cholesterol, triglyceride, brain natriuretic peptide and left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, amplitude and frequency of atrial fibrillation wave and the application of anticoagulation and antiplatelet agents. Analyzed the related risk factors of two groups, selected the difference in main risk factors of stroke, and conducted the logistic regression analysis of risk factors. Compare CHADS2 score with stroke by the marking system.Results1、Stroke patients were significantly higher than non-stroke group at age>75years, with heart failure, hypertension, diabetes and stroke/TIA history aspects, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2、There was no statistically difference in gender, type of atrial fibrillation, h yperlipidemia diseases in this article.3、The stroke group with coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, arterial disea se, LVEF<50%, LAD≥40mm, BNP≥100pg/ml, electrocardiogram f wave amplitu de<1mm(fine trembling), f wave frequency 421-600 beats/min, was significantlyhigher than the non-stroke group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4、The results Using logistic regression analysis showed that heart failure, hy pertension, age over 75 years, diabetes, stroke/TIA history of coronary heart disea se, hyperlipidemia, arterial disease, LVEF<50%, LAD≥40mm, BNP≥100pg/ml, E CG f wave amplitude<1mm(fine trembling), f wave frequency 421-600beats/min were risk factors for stroke merger NVAF.5、Combined with CHADS2 score, the results showed that patients with high er score have higher the incidence of stroke in NVAF merger, also showed antith rombotic treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of stroke in NVAF merg er in patients with scores of 2-6(P<0.05).Conclusion1、These major risk factors such as heart failure, hypertension, over 75 years, diabetes, coronary heart disease and arterial disease in NVAF patients with strok e should be strengthen the prevention and treatment to reduce the occurrence of NVAF patients complicated with stroke.2、ECG f wave amplitude <1mm that is manifested by fine flutter, f-wave fr equency between 421-600beats/min, LAD≥40mm, BNP≥100pg/ml are closely rel ated with the occurrence of NVAF with stroke and they have important value in predicting the occurrence risk of stroke.3、Combined CHADS2 score, the results suggesting that the patients with hi gher score have higher incidence of stroke in NVAF patients., antithrombotic treat ment should be actively fair used to significantly reduce the incidence of stroke i n those who score at 2-6.
