Objective Research the clinical data of visual dysopia in children with cerebralpalsy, and discuss the relationship between the visual dysopia and perinatal high-riskfactors, different types of cerebral palsy, severity and the magnetic resonance imagingchanges. Methods Collected the clinical data of 125 children confirmed with cerebralpalsy during July 2014 to December 2014, and observed and analyzed the visualfunction including position of eye, eye movement function, fundus oculi, diopter andvisual acuity. The data was analysed by SPSS 11.5; α=0.05 was considered significant.Result 1. In 125 patients, there are 53 cases with visual dysopia(42.40%);Among them the incidence rate of refractive error and strabismus is 34.40% and31.20% respectively; That is biggest. 2. The incidence rate of visual dysopia in groupof spastic cerebral palsy is 60.94%, higher than the group of other types(P<0.05). 3.The incidence rate of strabismus in group of diplegia is 44.64%, significantly higherthan the group of other paralysis types(P<0.05). 4.There are 37 children cancooperate to exam visual acuity, and there are 20 cases children with low visualacuity(54.05%); The incidence rate of low visual acuity in group of spastic cerebralpalsy is 55.17%, higher than the group of other types(P<0.05). 5. The incidence rateof visual dysopia in group of normal gestational age is 39.34%, and is lower thanpremature group(P<0.05). 6. The incidence rate of birth weight below 2.5kg is57.14%, significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05). 7.In different cerebral palsychildren who grouped according to MRI scans, The incidence rate of visual dysopia ingroup of periventricular leukomalacia and occipital lobe cortex damage is 59.70% and50% respectively, significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion 1. The visual dysopia in children with cerebral palsy is a commoncomplication. The incidence rate of strabismus and refractive error is highest. 2. Theincidence rate of visual dysopia in group of spastic cerebral palsy is higher; Theincidence rate of strabismus, refractive error and low visual acuity in group of spasticcerebral palsy children is higher than other groups. 3. The incidence rate of strabismusin group of diplegia is higher. 4. The incidence rate of visual dysopia in children withcerebral palsy will be higher if there have be some perinatal high-risk factors includingpremature or lower birth weight, or there be periventricular leukomalacia or occipitallobe cortex damage signs in MRI. We should follow up them and give them theintervention as soon as earlier.
