The Early And Midterm Efficacy On Thoracoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery And Conventional Thoracotomy In Stage Ⅲa Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate the thoracoscopic surgery with conventional thoracotomy in the recent mid-term efficacy of Ⅲa period non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From April 2008 to January 2011 in our department monotherapy group treatment of Ⅲ a period non-small cell lung cancer were 58 cases is analyzed, which minimally invasive thoracoscopic treatment group 27 cases, 31 cases of control conventional thoracotomy group. Comparison of perioperative blood loss and postoperative chest cited 24 hours, postoperative chest tube duration, lymph node dissection, postoperative complications, and follow-up of all patients enrolled, compared to two a year, 3 years survival analysis of its recent mid-term efficacy.Results The two groups of patients in age, gender, pathology and postoperative phases constitute a considerable constitute etc., no perioperative deaths. Minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery group time than conventional thoracotomy group leader, a significant difference(P <0.05); aspects of intraoperative blood loss, 24 hours after chest tube volume, chest tube time than conventional thoracotomy thoracoscopic group, a significant difference(P <0.05); lymph node dissection was no difference(P> 0.05); postoperative complications, the incidence of less VATS group, but there was no significant difference; recent mid-term survival after Minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery group a slight advantage, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion thoracoscopy in Ⅲa period non-small cell lung cancer surgery applications technically feasible, the effect can be achieved conventional thoracotomy, but should be strictly controlled indications, select the appropriate cases, the use of reasonable surgical techniques and methods.
