Research About The Changes And Correlations Of Serum YKL-40 And Hs-CRP In CAD Patients With PCI

Objective:Explore variation and correlation by measuring serum YKL-40 and hs-CRP concentrations in patients with coronary heart disease before and after interventional treatment.Methods:Selected THE FIRST AFFILIATED HOSPITAL SHANXI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY cases, 76 cases of primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),according to its clinical Symptom of divided into stable angina pectoris(SAP) group 26 cases, 24 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group 26 cases, at the same time selected coronary angiography confirmed without coronary artery lesions in 22 cases of normal control group. Detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method in selected cases of coronary angiography or interventional treatment after preoperative YKL 40 and hs- CRP levels, and analyze their correlation.Results:(1). Compared with normal control group, SAP group, UAP group, MI group,serum YKL-40 and hs-CRP concentrations were significantly increased, and there is an increasing tendency in turn, the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05);(2). In addition to the normal reference group, more than in each group after coronary intervention serum YKL-40 and hs-CRP concentration higher than the preoperative, thedifference was statistically significant(p <0.05);(3). Serum hs-CRP concentration of YKL-40 concentrations were positively correlated before and after PCI, the correlation coefficients were 0.649 and 0.654.Conclusions:YKL-40 combined with hs-CRP may better evaluate patients with coronary heart inflammation,and coronary plaque instability reaction to a certain extent.
