Objective:To assess the effect of rosuvastatin intensive therapy on sd LDL level and prongosis in patients with acute coronary sydrome after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods:Ninety nine ACS patients collecting meet the inclusion criteria were separated into two groups according to rosuvastatin dose: the intensive treatment group were given rosuvastatin 20 mg per night and the common treatment group were given rosuvastatin10 mg per night. The LDL sub-fraction and the low density lipoprotein particle size were quantified by lipoprint system, percent of small density low density lipoprotein was studied. The two groups were followed up for six months and levels of AST, ALT, BUN, Cr,hs-CRP were measured. The incidence of the major adverse cardiac events such as angina pectoris after myocardial infarction, heart failure, vessel revascularization and the incidence of death were statisticsed.Results:(1)TC, TG, LDL-C were reduced gradually after operation in two groups. There were significant difference in two groups compared with postoperative period and before operation.(P<0.05).(2)Hs-CRP was reduced gradually after operation in two groups. There were significant difference in two groups compared with postoperative period and before operation.(P<0.05). Liver and kidney function were measured, there were no signifcantdifference in two groups(P 〉 0.05).(3)Compared with nomal treatment group, intensive treatment group had bigger low density lipoprint particle, decreased percent of type B and small density low-density lipoprotein. There were significantdifference in two groups(P<0.05).(4)During follow-up, intensive treatment group has less adverse cardiac events than nomal treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Our results suggested that application of intensive rosuvastatin can decrease level of LDL after PCI in ACS patients, play an action of anti-inflammation, and further reduce the sd-LDL levels. So it can reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events after PCI in ACS patients.
