Objective:To explore the cancer tissue in patients with colorectal cancer, colorectal adenoma tissues and adjacent normal tissue of colorectal cancer Her-2, VEGF protein expression, clinical significance and correlationbetween the two. Methods resultsconclusion:Methods:The expression of Her-2, VEGF protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 65 cases of colorectal carcinoma, and 15 cases of colonadenoma and 65 cases of adjacent normal tissue as control. Observation of HER-2 and VEGF expression in colorectal cancer and their implications.Results:(1) the human epidermal growth factor 2 protein in colorectal carcinoma, colorectaladenoma in colorectal cancer tissue, adjacent normal tissues is higher rate of expression of HER-2 and VEGF, which showed high expression, the expression rates were 31%(20 / 65), 5%(1 / 18), 0(0 / 65), expression of HER-2 protein in tumor adjacent normal tissues were significantly lower than those of expression of colon carcinoma group and expression in adenoma tissues in the group(P < 0.05), In the experiment of the patients age, gender, tumor location, tumor specificdifferentiation degree and HER-2 in colorectal cancer tissues and no expression is up-regulated, the up regulation of expression of lymph node metastasis and HER-2staging of tumor Dukes and HER-2 in colorectal carcinoma upregulation, tumor in colorectal cancer(P < 0.05). Tumors with lymph node metastasis, Dukes staging, HER-2positive rate is high,(2) of VEGF protein in colorectal carcinoma, colorectal adenomain colorectal cancer tissue, adjacent normal tissues rate are higher, their expressionrates were84%(55 /65), 67%(12 /18), 20%(13 /65), VFGF protein expression incancer adjacent normal tissue were significantly lower than those of the expressionsand adenocarcinoma group colorectal carcinoma group(P < 0.05), Attendthe experimental case patient age, gender, tumor location, tumor specific differentiation degree and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues and upregulated or not, the tumor Dukes stage and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma upregulation on upregulation, distant lymph node metastasis and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues(P < 0.05). Tumors with lymph node metastasis, Dukes staging, VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues with positive expression rate is increasingly high.(3) HER-2 and VEGF correlation study in 65 cases of colorectal cancer tissues, 2 cases of Her2 positive and VEGF negative expression,Her2 and VEGF expression were positive in 18 cases, Her-2 and VEGF expression were negative in 18 cases, Her2 negative and VEGF positive in 27 cases, bycorrelation analysis, the correlation of expression of Her2 and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma.(P < 0.05)Conclusions:Her2 protein and VEGF protein participate in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer, the expression of Her2 protein and VEGF protein and colorectal cancer Ducks stage, lymph node metastasis. Her2 protein and VEGF protein in colorectal cancer has correlation, suggesting that upregulation of VEGF expression may be because of the high expression of Her-2 induced by. It also has a certain clinical significance of combined detection of HER-2 and VEGF. Could be used as the screening of high-risk population of reference, and provide experimental basis for developingcolorectal cancer targeted therapy.
