Objective:To explore the Expressions of ER(Estrogen receptor),PR(Progesterone receptor) and p53(Tumor suppressor gene) in different epithelial ovarian cancer,different rank and different stage,were detected by immunohistochemistry method. the purpose is to study the significance in epithelial ovarian cancer do So as to explore the cure ovarian cancer. Methods:collecting 50 Paraffin specimen of epithelial ovarian cancer(coming from the first hospital department of gynaecology of Shanxi Medical University)for immunohistochemistry the purpose is to explore the Expressions of ER,PR and p53 in different epithelial ovarian cancer and analyze ER,PR and p53,relation with pathological mechanism microanatomy type microanatomy classifies and clinical periodization Result:1.the Expressions of ER,PR and p53 in different epithelial ovarian cancer were compared to 55.56%,62.2%and 62.22%.2.the over-Expressions of p53 in epithelial ovarian cancer The Expressions of p53 had relation with clinical periodization the expression level of p53 in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ was higer than of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(P<0.05).the positive rate has a positive correlation with clinical stages(were compared to 32.14% in stage Ⅰ –Ⅱ,and were compared to 70.59% in stage Ⅲ –Ⅳ. The difference was statistically significant)3 The positive rate of three protein were different in different pathological type but there no difference in constituent ratio 4. the positive expressions of PR was a fine clinical prognostic indicator(the expression level of PR in stage Ⅰ –Ⅱ(75%) was higer than of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ(35.29%)). Conclusions:ER PR p53 always to be expressed in ovarian cancer.the over-Expressions of p53 in epithelial ovarian cancer had relation with tumor differentiation and clinical periodization,the higher positive rate the late clinical staging the biologic behavior and prognosis is poor.The Expressions of PR had relation with tumor differentiation and clinical periodization.The Expressions of ER,PR and p53 in epithelial ovarian cancer can help estimate ovary cancer prognosis and be a value index of guidance in cancer endocrine therapy and gene therapy.
