Objective:To discuss the relationship between the pregnancy-induced hypertension as well as complications and the ratio of resistance in middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery. Methods:One hundred and sixty normal fetuses between 34 and 34+6 weeks of gestation as normal group, eighty-four fetuses were diagnosed of gestational hypertension or mild preeclampsia as mild group,ninety-two were diagnosed of severe preeclampsia as severe group were measured for MCA and UA PI,RI and S/D by means of color doppler ultrasonography, and the resistance index ratio was calculated. Observe the perinatal outcome, use the reference of resistance index to value the pregnancy outcome.Follow-up the end of pregnancy, to judge the pregnancy outcome.Do ROC graph that rapplication of resistance index and the ratio of resistance index with pregnancy outcome.Observing the fetuses with hypertension have fetal distress,FGR and premature separation of placenta, pregnancy hypertensive heart disease, pregnancy hyper-tension retinopathy and postpartum hemorrhage.Application of ROC curve to evaluate the complications.Results:1.Comparison between roups of fetal MCA and UA resistance index and ratio have difference(P<0.05), normal group and mild group resistance index and ratio to compare have no difference(P>0.05); Normal and severe group compared with significant differen ce(P<0.01);Severe group and mild group to compare have difference(P<0.05).The value of use the ratio of MCA and UA to predict the perinatal outcome is higher than the singleblood vessel.3.The value of application RIMCA/UA to predict fetal distress,FGR and premature separation of placenta is higher than pregnancy hypertensive heart disease, pregnancy hyper-tension retinopathy, postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusions:1.As hypertensive disorder in pregnancy aggravating, the umbilical artery resistance index increased, middle cerebral artery resistance index and the resistance index ratio of MCA and UA reduce. 2.The combination of MCA and UA have certain practical value for predicting pregnancy outcome. 3.There is clinical value for using RIMCA/UA to predict fetuses with hypertension in fetal distress,FGR and premature separation of placenta.
