Objective:Cervical cancer is a serious harm to women’s health, in our country, cervical cancer takes the second place in the ranking, ranking first in the prevalence of female genital tract. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) is a precancerous cervical lesions. CIN as cervical precancerous lesions, evolved from junior to senior, active treatment for CIN blocking the development of cervical cancer provides a good opportunity to effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer. Colposcopic cervical tissue biopsy diagnosis of CIN has been considered the "gold standard", but the clinical findings of the phenomenon of over-diagnosis and misdiagnosis of its exisence, that colposcopy and pathologic compliance rate was lower, which makes it difficult for the further treatment of CIN. Therefore, how to find a clear, objective, practical evaluation index to predict pathological cases before the treatment, to increase the compliance rates for colposcopy and pathological, it will be particularly important.P16、Ki67、Pro Ex C are three proteins in many human Malignant. The purpose of this study: 1) The patient’s age, cervical biopsy and LEEP or conization after the time gap between the rows surgery, intraoperative previous HPV infection, CIN grade TCT pathology correlation with patients; 2) Study of P16, Ki67, Pro Ex C in colposcopy cervical biopsy tissue expression and the pathological rank correlation. Methods:Our hospital in January 2012- September 2014 colposcopy biopsy pathological examination results for CIN, and in our hospital patients with archival paraffin LEEP or cone biopsy and patients, in order to avoid subjectivity read the piece exist, need to please another pathologist least read the piece again. Analysis of cases and by immunohistochemical staining SP method to detect p16, Ki-67, staining Pro Ex C, and then make the statistical analysis. Results:CIN biopsies in P16, Ki67, between Pro Ex C immunohistochemical staining and the pathological grade some correlation, between the preoperative cytology also correlated with pathological findings, patient’s age, biopsy and surgery interval, HPV infection before surgery had no correlation exists between the case and pathology. Conclusions:Biopsies line P16, have colposcopy between Ki67, immunohistochemical staining and the pathological grade Pro Ex C of some relevance, preoperative should be fully assessed for the diagnosis of cervical biopsy colposcopy triage for the treatment of patients with CIN provide the appropriate reference.
