Objective:1.When to explore the cure effect evaluation after TACE who were with liver cancer,analysing the scanning image in two methods(method A: the conventional dynamic contrast, method B: double-energy iodine maps) and to analysis the positive rate of two methods respectively. By the analysis and comparison of A and B masculine lesion detection rate of different flow method, to study the efficacy of in evaluating liver cancer after TACE with conventional ways, to explore the role of dual energy iodine maps.2.Seeing DSA as the reference standard, By the diagnostic test, to compare the sensitivity and specificity between A method A and B method after liver cancer with TACE operation.3.Comparing with the area of the receiver operator characteristic cure(ROC) of the continue reinforce of the arterial phase values(CTE) and dual-energy arterial iodine iodide overlays(CTOA), to explore the evaluation about the cure role after TACE with hepatocellular cancer.Methods:To find 50 patients who had a history of primary liver cancer and were treated by TACE, all patients were taken in the scan of dual-source and dual energy CT. To analyze the CT images by using two methods separately.In view cards, to observed the images with the conventional methods to get the enhancement features of the lesion is named as method A; By using the DS-DECT Liver VNC software, All lesions of patients in theiodine maps of hepatic arterial phase were got that is named as method B. By the Mc Nemar χ2 test, the data of the two methods were calculated respectively include the positive detective date, and By the diagnosis test, the data of the two methods were calculated respectively include the sensitivity.specificity and others indicators, to draw the ROC curve taking DSA and the clinic datum as the gold standard.Results:50 patients had measured 51 lesions by DSA, the positive detective date of B was92.15%(47/51), it was higher than 78.43%(40/51) of method A(P<0.05);50 patients had80 lesions, the sensitivity of method B was 94.12%(48/51), it was higher than 92.16%(47/51) of method A;The specificity of method B were93.10%(27/29) also higher than of method A that was55.17%(16/29).Some difference between AUAAand AUAB is statistic( P values < 0.05),CTOAis more sensitively in the ability of evaluating tumor recurrence diagnosis.Conclusion:1.Contrast with the method A, the positive of the double energy artery period iodine map is higher.2.from qualitative aspects view, dual energy arterial iodine maps to the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma postoperative intrahepatic lesions with conventional sensitivity and specificity degree were higher, the better consistency with DSA in the diagnosis of lesions.3. the overlay of Dual energy arterial iodine maps will become a reliable evaluation index in evaluation on liver cancer.
