Objective:To explore the clinical value of related multiple parameters quantitative discuss using dual-source dual energy CT to analysis the feasibility of distinguishing different degrees of gastric cancer and the correlation between the quantitative parameters of double-energy CT and the pathological immunohistochemistry of gastric cancer was studied. Methods:The study included total 97 patients with different degrees of gastric cancers were all performed contrast dual-phase scan(arteries and veins)in dual-energy CT.All cases were divided into three groups: group1(high-differentiated,17),group2(middle-differentiated,48),group3(poor-differentiated,32)with pathological results as the diagnostical standard.we can got related multiple parameters quantitative in the dual-source CT post-processing workstation and then compared related parameters between different degrees of gastric cancer and both groups. At the same time, the correlation between pathological immunohistochmical markers and related parameter of gastric cancer with different degrees of gastric cancers was also studied. The one-Way ANOVA was used to compare the different of three groups. Two groups were compared by the independent sample t test.A P value lower than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.ROC analysis was done to predict the diagnostic value.Results:(1)The parameters of the standardized iodine concentration, slope and DEI of the three groups with different degrees of gastric cancers measured by four groups were all not had statistically significant in the arterial phase, while all of them had statistically significant in the venous phase.(2)When contrasted between groups in the venous phases, the standardized iodine concentration, slope and DEI between group 1and group 2,group 3 were all had statistically significant, while the all of them between group 2 and group 3 were no significant statistical difference. The slope was the best.(3)There were all had statistically significant about Her-2 and p53 correspon ding spectrum curve slope in high-differentiated gastric cancers compared with middledifferentiated and poor-differentiated gastric cancers both in arterial and venous phases. There were differences about her-2 and p53 corresponding spectrum curve slope in m iddle-differentiated and poor-differentiated gastric cancers, but the difference was not si gnificant. The difference of her-2 and p53 corresponding spectrum curve slope between high-differentiated and poor-differentiated gastric was significant due to big difference in differentiation.(4)There was no significant correlation about Ki-67 between the two groups, either in the arterial phase or in the vein phase,or in the positive group andthe negative group. Conclusion: The multiple quantitative parameters obtained in the dual-source CT post-processing workstation provided new ideals and methods, which can help to differ entiation different degrees of gastric cancers and can also provide more diagnostic information for preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancers in clinical practice..Meanwhile,t he correlation analysis between the pathological immunohistochemical index and the double-source CT energy spectrum curve was conducted to evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of dual-source CT in determining the differentiation degree of gastric cancer.
