Clinical Research Of The Autologous Blood And Clotting Enzyme For Treatment Of Persistent Pulmonary Air Leak

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of the injection of autologous blood to treat continuous pulmonary leakagechest through the drainage tubethrough, and investigate the value of this method in clinical treatment.Methods: The 105 cases of pulmonary leakage were treated in the thoracic surgery of the people’s hospital of qingzhou during 01/ 2010- 02/ 2015,55 cases were treated by autologous blood injection as treatment group.other 50 cases of conservative treatment as conservative group. Observe its curative effect 、 adverse reaction and complications.Results:Treatment group, it was 12 h- 6 days from the first injection of autologous blood to pulmonary leakage stop, an average of 2.3 days.1 case appeared subcutaneous emphysema after injection, no other related complications were observed. Conservative treatment group,it was5-28 days since the date of the measurement to the lung air disappear, an average of 6.4 days, 5 cases appear subcutaneous emphysema, 8 patients appear fever,6 cases appear pulmonary infection, 4 cases appear pulmonary atelectasis. Treatment group was obviously less than the conservative group,With a statistical significance(P<0.05).On the adverse reactions、complications, conservative group was significantly higher than treatment group,Comparison between groups was statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusions: Autologous blood to treatment continuous pulmonary leakagechest,that has curative effect,and low incidence of adverse reactions, can be used as a effective method for the treatment of continuous pulmonary air leakage.
