Objective To explore the changes and application value of serum Fetuin-A and Interleukin-35(IL-35)concentration in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients; and analyzing the correlation with Lactic Dehydrogenase( LDH) and Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase(HBDH).Methods Fetuin-A, IL-35, LDH and HBDH of 60 CHD patients were detected by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay and Automatic biochemical analyzer. The results were compared with 20 healthy controls. Results Fetuin-A and IL-35 concentration of CHD decreased compared with controls(t=3.603,3.339,P<0.05). Fetuin-A and IL-35 concentration of Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI) were significantly lower than those of stable angina pectoris(SAP)and controls(F=4.285~8.768,q=3.54~9.79,P<0.05). Fetuin-A and IL-35 serum concentration of UAP were lower than those of SAP group and controls(F=4.285~8.868,q=8.52~77.28,P<0.05). LDH and HBDH serum concentration of CHD were higher than those of control group(t=2.21,2.20,P<0.05). LDH and HBDH serum concentration of AMI were obviously higher than those of UAP and SAP(F=8.564~8.715,q=6.01~7.07,P<0.01). Fetuin-A was positively correlated with HBDH and IL-35(P<0.01),a negative correlation between Fetuin-A and HBDH、LDH(R2=0.028,P<0.1) in CHD patients. Compared with control group, the area under the receiver operating characteristic curves(AUCROC)of LDH,HBDH,Fetuin-A and IL-35 were 0.602 ~ 0.746 in CHD patients; AUCROC of AMI patients were 0.816 ~ 0.915;AUCROC of UAP patients were 0.544~0.815.Conclusion Fetuin-A and IL-35 had great value of diagnosis in detecting CHD,both were valuable in diagnosing various classifications of CHD,except IL-35 in UAP.
