Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of dexamethasone and seven of sodium aescinate on pulmonary contusion, and to investigate the effect of the two drugs combined application control, on patients with pulmonary contusion of blood and body inflammatory state.Methods to collect, collate and follow-up of this study through the bulk of clinical data,comparative study of conventional treatment(i.e., symptomatic and supportive treatment:including pain oxygen therapy, timely ventilation, bronchial lavage and control of chest wall etc.), dexamethasone treatment method(based on routine therapy combined with dexamethasone), seven leaf saponins sodium treatment method(on the basis of conventional therapy plus seven sodium saponin) and dexamethasone(seven sodium saponin treatment with dexamethasone in seven sodium saponin on the basis of conventional therapy) on the clinical curative effect for patients with lung contusion(including changes in biochemical indicators, hospitalization time, cost of treatment and prognosis etc.) and complications(including adverse reactions and progression) situation.Results there was no significant difference in four groups, types of injury degree of pulmonary contusion, APACHE-II score and AIS-90 score results in differences in gender,;curative effect, patients in the observation group after finishing the treatment, cured 18 cases, accounting for 75%, effective in 6 cases, accounting for 25%, without treatment failure, total cure the efficiency results(for the cure and treatment of persons and) was better than the other three groups(P<0.05), the efficiency results at the same time, the control group and the total efficiency of two groups results no statistically significant differences in [83.3%VS87.5%](P>0.05), but was significantly higher than that of blank control group patients(66.7%), the effective rate the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the course of treatment, four groups of patients with adverse reaction is slight,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); the results of blood gas analysis,observation group patients after Pa O2 was(75.9 ± 3.7) mm Hg, Pa CO2 was(39 ± 4.1)mm Hg, Sa O2(mean 100.3 ± 2.9)%, Pa O2/Fi O2 was(388.6 ± 7.1)%, the statistical results were significantly better than the other corresponding data(P<0.05); inflammatory factor data results, Before treatment, the observation group patients in the TNF- α level was(18 ±4.6) pg/m L, IL-6 water averaged(26.8 ± 2.1) pg/m L, CRP level was(10.2 ± 1.4) mg/L, no significant difference between three groups of patients with other data(the results of analysis of variance were 1.42, 0.84 and 1.08)(P>0.05), and the treatment results were significantly lower than the other three groups(P<0.05); the corresponding results in the length and cost of hospitalization, the patients in observation group has the lowest ventilator ventilator time [blank control group patients during treatment and the average time was(6.7 ± 2.1) days, the control group using an average time was(5 ± 1.8) days, the control group two patients using an average time(5.1 ± 1.9) days, to observe the ventilator patient average application time was(3.8 ± 0.7) days, with statistically significant difference between the four groups(F statistic data =11.54, P<0.05)], the average hospitalization time [(8.4 ± 1.9) days and the average hospitalization expenses [(3670.5 ±263.8) yuan] was significantly lower than the other three groups were statistical data.Conclusion seven yezao sodium and dexamethasone two drugs has positive significance for the improvement of pulmonary contusion in the inflammatory state and blood gas index,while the two drug combination for the control of the disease in patients with pulmonary contusion has clinical effect is more outstanding(compared with no drugs or single medication), can significantly reduce the average length of the time and cost of hospitalization, to reduce the burden of the patients and save medical resources.
