The Application Of Midazolam In Elderly Patients With Oral Treatment

Objective To evaluate the application of midazolam in elderly patients with oral treatment,and before pumped by continuous intravenous midazolam, oral determination operation, operation after operation on midazolam group and the control group systolic blood pressure values, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and evaluation of midazolam application results in elderly patient’s mouth operation.Method 100 cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into midazolam group and Control group in the Department of Stomatology of the jining first people’s Hospital. The blood pressure, heart rate, pulse oxygen saturation were measured, and the treat dependence and behavior therapy efficacy were evaluated and pain severity scores(VAS)were recorded.Results The blood pressure, heart rate in experiment group were lower than control group,and there were statistical difference in the Houpt score and the Frankl score between midazolam group and control group, the VAS in midazolam group was decreased than that in control group.Conclusion The use of midazolam as an intravenous sedation agent has made the blood pressure smoothly in the oral treatment, and improved the patients treatment adherence,and reduced the suffering of old patients in the process of treatment, made the process more safety than the control group.
