Clinical Observations Of Advanced Cervical Cancer Patients After Radiation Therapy By Taking Pei Shi Sheng Xue Ke Li

Objective By observing the differences of curative effect improvement and living quality of advanced cervical cancer patients after radiation therapy by taking Pei Shi Sheng Xue Ke Li and Zhen Qi Fu Zheng Ke Li, verify the applicability and effectiveness of Pei Shi Sheng Xue Ke Li’s radiotherapy efficacy through the cervical cancer treatment and reduce the radiation therapy side effects, provide more effective scientific basis for the cervical cancer treatment by taking Pei Shi Sheng Xue Ke Li.Method By using the random number table, random divided 64 patients of advanced cervical cancer from Gansu Provincial Cancer Hospital into treatment and control groups, 32 patients per group. Basic treatment of patients from both groups is radiotherapy, patients of treatment group take Pei Shi Sheng Xue Ke Li, patients of control group take Zhen Qi Fu Zheng Ke Li, both are orally taken from day 1 of radiotherapy, total one period of treatment(6weeks). By observing after short-term effect of radiotherapy measurable tumor lesions, bone marrow suppression indexing, peripheral blood values change, change of TCM clinical symptoms, living quality changes, radiotherapy adverse reactions, blood coagulation and tumor markers. After statistical analysis, compare the differences of curative effect improvement and living quality of patients after radiation therapy from both groups.Results(1) After therapy, the measurable lesions short-term curative effect of tumers, effective rates are 93.55%(treatment group) and 73.33%(control group), lesions stability rates are 100.00%(treatment group) and 93.33%(control group), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2) The myelosuppression rates are 67.74%treatment group) and 83.33%(control group),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3) Compare the change of peripheral hemogram values, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);(4) Compare the TCM symptom score, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);(5) Compare patients’ living quality(KPS) after radiation therapy, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);(6) Compare the adverse reaction after radiation therapy, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pei Shi Sheng Xue Ke Li for advanced cervical cancer patients after radiotherapy recent upgrade measurable lesions, tumor markers efficacy and improve patients after radiotherapy bone marrow suppression, peripheral blood, improve living quality and TCM symptoms. Pei Shi Sheng Xue Ke Li can effectively reduce the radiotherapy side effects and improve patient living quality, enhance the efficacy and clinical efficacy than Zhen Qi Fu Zheng Ke Li.
