Purpose The three methods of ultrasound soft markers, serological screening and unity the ultrasonic soft markers and serological screening in pregnancy diagnosis. Is used to screening of chromosomal abnormalities. respectively, to analyze the experimental diagnostic indicators and assess the clinical value.Method ①Press the inclusion and exclusion standards to select 2357 cases of check-ups regularly pregnant women. That accepted the physical examination in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital Prenatal Diagnosis Center, since March 2013 to March 2014. Record serological screening and ultrasound results and record the patient’s age, gestational age, maternal history and history of exposure to adverse during pregnancy. ②Evaluate the two methods of chromosomal abnormalities during pregnancy screening. The data were analyzed using the statistical software SPSS11.5.Results 100 cases of high-risk persons for serological screening in total 2357 cases, the presence of ultrasound soft markers were 60 cases, 23 cases with high-risk for ultrasound soft markers in serological screening. Fetal chromosomal abnormalities were detected in 16 cases. ①Serological screening positive rate of 5.2%(123/2357), 14 cases of abnormal karyotypes, abnormal rate of 11.4%(14/123). Ultrasound screening positive rate was 3.5%(83/2357), abnormal karyotype rate of 7.2%(6/83). Unity the ultrasonic soft markers and serological screening positive rate of 0.98%, 4 cases of chromosomal abnormalities, abnormal rate of 17.39%. Three negative screening positive contrast, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.001). ②The sensitivity of serological screening is 87.5%, the misdiagnosis rate is 37.5%. soft markers as a single screening method, the highest rate of misdiagnosis, up 62.5%. The method use of combined screening, in particular the two parallel screening method can improve the accuracy of screening(7.34), reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Conclusion ①Serological screening not only has an important effect for chromosome aneuploidy screening but also can be detected the abnormalof the chromosome structural abnormalities. ②Ultrasound soft markers appeared to increase the risk of chromosomal abnormalities. ③Serological screening used in high-risk cutoff value is more worth than the level of risk factor.
