The Expression And Significance Of PD-L1 And PD-L2 In Liver Tissue Infected By Alveolar Echinococcosis

Objective:Detect the expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in hepatic alveolar echinococcosis by immunohistochemical.Designed to investigate the relationship between them and HAE highly aggressive biological behavior and prognosis. And its relationship with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Clarify the development,invasion and metastasis mechanisms of HAE from the level of inolecular biology to provide a theoretical basis in the future. Methods:Collect surgical patient’s pathological speciments of HAE,divided into two groups,A groups:HAE fringe organization;B group: Normal liver tissue;A total of two groups stored at-80 refrigerator to spare.The collected specimens were sent to ℃pathology of our hospital to made into 3um thick paraffin-embedded sections.The HAE paraffin-enmbedded tissue using immunohistochemical staining,get on routine histological examination in endoscopic.Detect the expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in each groups respectively.Organize data,using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical processing. Results: 1、PD-L1 expression in the edge of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis was higher than the normal tissue,the statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). 2、PD-L2 expression in the edge of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis was also higher than the normal tissue, and the statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). 3、The expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in the fringe of edge of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis were not significant with age, body mass index, tumor size(P> 0.05). Conclusions: 1、PD-L1 and PD-L2 expressed high on edge of liver tissue infected by AE may be associated with malignant、invasive biological behavior related to the growth in liver tissue. 2、The expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in the fringe of edge of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis were not significant with age, body mass index, tumor size.
