Fluorescein Fundus Angiography is mainly used for observation of retinal blood vessels and lesions of retinal pigment epithelium, Because of the limitation of its own nature and the complexity of the structure in choroid blood vessels, the observation of choroid blood circulation is unsatisfactory in FFA. As indocyanine green angiography applications, choroidal circulation also can be dynamically observed. The filling time of choroid blood vessels is earlier than central retinal artery 0.5-1.5s under normal circumstances. In our clinical work, we found that some diseases can be diagnosed and guided treatment only do FFA,but some diseases must be combined with ICGA to the correct diagnosis and a more comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of the disease to choose the appropriate treatment. More commen dieases including CSC、PM、AMD and ICNV can be did FFA and ICGA.The pathogenesis of CSC is not yet clear,Many scholars carry on clinical and basic research from many aspects, still unable to reach a consensus.Some scholars think that CSC originated from RPE layer since FFA applications.With the application of ICGA, researchers generally believe that the CSC originated from choroid.High myopia is axial progressive,wall of eyeball become thinning,retinal and choroid atrophy caused by pathological changes such as a set of influence eyesight drops gradually one of the most common cause of the patients quality of life.ICGA is applied to the ophthalmology, make the observation from the living high myopia choroid cycle is possible.AMD is occurred in the retinal pigment epithelium-Bruch membrane-capillary complex level after retinal degenerative changes of the department,in patients over the age of fifty,early may be associated with choroid hemodynamic abnormalities.And the etiology is unknown in the foreign literature and patients aged less than 50 called ICNV, many studies have not found the factors associated with infection,the pathological basis for CNV from macular.This study was to explore the early filling state of retinal blood vessels in FFA and ICGA in patients with CSC, PM, AMD and ICNV,as well as the relationship between different filling state,to explore the possible pathological physiological factors,to investigate the etiology and pathogenesis of disease mechanism to provide a certain basis.Objective:Take advantage of Fundus Fluorescein Angiography and Indocyanine Green Angiography to observe and analyse early filling characteristics of the retina and choroid blood vessels in patients with CSC、PM、AMD and ICNV.Methods:FFA and ICGA were performed on 23 patients with CSC、29 patients with PM、68 patients with AMD and 33 patients with ICNV at the same time with Heidelberg Retina Angiography, then observed the filling time of the retina and choroid blood vessels in FFA and ICGA respectively.Results:1. Two forms of retinal and choroid blood vessels in the early filling state were observed in 23 patients with CSC(23 eyes): Group A: In simultaneous angiography,12 patients’ filling time of the choroid blood vessels before the retina ’s in ICGA but late the retina’s in FFA. Group B:filling time of the choroid blood vessels late the retina’s in 11 patients. The difference of and retinal artery filling time in ICGA and FFA in two kinds of filling condition had statistical significance(P<0.05). 2. Three forms of retinal and choroid blood vessels in the early filling state were observed in 28 patients with PM(28 eyes):Group A:In simultaneous angiography,18 patients’ filling time of the choroid blood vessels before the retina ’s in ICGA but late the retina’s in FFA. Group B:filling time of the choroid blood vessels late the retina’s in 8 patients. Group C:filling time of the choroid blood vessels earlier the retina’s in 4 patients in FFA and ICGA. Group A and group B in ICGA choroid artery filling time difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),retinal artery filling time in FFA、choroid and retinal artery filling time in ICGA has no statistical significance(P>0.05). Group A and group C choroid blood vessels filling time in FFA and ICGA, retinal vascular filling time in ICGA difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in retinal vascular filling time in FFA(P > 0.05). Group B and C group choroid blood vessel filling time in FFA and ICGA was significant difference(P < 0.05), central retinal artery filling time in FFA and ICGA was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). 3. Three forms of retinal and choroid blood vessels in the early filling state were observed in 68 patients with AMD(68 eyes):Group A:In simultaneous angiography,30 patients’ filling time of the choroid blood vessels before the retina ’s in ICGA but late the retina’s in FFA. Group B:filling time of the choroid blood vessels late the retina’s in 28 patients. Group C:filling time of the choroid blood vessels earlier the retina’s in 10 patients in FFA and ICGA. Group A and group B choroid blood vessels filling time difference in FFA and ICGA was statistically significant(P<0.05),central retinal artery filling time in FFA and ICGA was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Group A and Group C choroid artery filling time in FFA was significant difference(P<0.05), choroid artery filling time in FFA、central retinal artery filling time in FFA and ICGA was no significant difference(P> 0.05). Choroid blood vessels and central retinal artery filling time differences between group B and group C in FFA and ICGA had no statistical significance(P>0.05). 4. Two forms of retinal and choroid blood vessels in the early filling state were observed in 19 patients with CSC(19 eyes):Group A:In simultaneous angiography,13 patients’ filling time of the choroid blood vessels before the retina ’s in FFA and ICGA. Group B:filling time of the choroid blood vessels late the retina’s in 6 patients. Group A and group B choroid blood vessels and central retinal artery filling time differences in FFA and ICGA were statistically significant(P<0.05).5. ICNV patients with AMD patients age group compared with the average age is small, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The choroid blood vessels’ s filling time is late the retina’s in CSC patients. This phenomena related to the choroid and retinal hemodynamic abnormalities. 2. Simultaneous angiography can be more comprehensive understanding of pathologic myopia patients with early filling state of retinal blood vessels, to discover high myopia with eyes in the condition of filling inversion choroid perfusion abnormalities than other normal or abnormal condition is more serious, prompt choroid retinal blood flow decreased in different degree of filling condition is also different. 3. Choroid vessels filling time extend prompt choroid blood flowdecreases in AMD patients,but the choroid blood flow change is not the only factor influence of choroid blood vessels filling time, there may be other factors. 4. The average age of ICNV patients is smaller tha AMD patients, also has the retina and choroid hemodynamic abnormalities.
