Objectives To summarize anesthesia management of 71 surgical cases with traumatic hemorrhagic shock, and to analyze the key issues of anti-shock treatment and anesthesia management, in order to provide evidence-based clinical references for anesthesia practice of surgical patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock. Methods 71 cases of trauma patients with Traumatic-hemorrhagic shock were selected between March 2013- June 2014 in Langfang Edinburgh Hospital, Hebei, China. All patients’ clinical data, perioperative anti-shock treatment and anesthesia management were summarized and analyzed statistically with SPSS13.0 software package. Measurement data were shown in sx ?,using T-test, χ2 test, comparison between groups with P<0.05 as statistically significant. Results Intraoperative cardiac arrest occurred in 3 cases of all 71 cases, and 2 cases were restored heartbeat after application of epinephrine, but 1 case died. One patient suffered from large amount of blood loss with severe combined injury, died of multiple organ failure after surgery. SBP, DBP, CVP, HR, Sp O2 and other vital signs of the rest 69 patients with severe traumatic shock were improved significantly in 10, 20 and 30 minutes after anti-shock treatment and surgical hemostasis as well as organ repair. Conclusions Timely anti-shock treatment and appropriated anesthesia management are crucial to ensure surgical success, protect the safety of the patient, maintain normal function of key organs and improve prognosis of the patients with traumatic and hemorrhagic shock.
