Purpose: To explore the pathogenesis of primary sjogren’s syndrome。Means: This topic proposed by flow cytometry instrument detecting Th22 of the pSS patients and healthy individuals of peripheral blood, and the level of IL-22 of pSS patients and healthy people in plasma By using ELISA method, and these changes of Th22 and IL-22 in peripheral blood pSS patients which had been divided into light, medium and heavy three degrees acording to the galnd damaged degree were observed.Result:Th22 cells and the expression of cytokines frequency of pSS patients is significantly higher than healthy controls, And the Th22 amount and cytokine expression of IL – 22 increased as the illness degreed incresed gradually. Conclusion: The regulation of the Cell activity of Th22 cells and the effect of IL- 22 pathways of intervention may well become a clinical new targets for the treatment of pSS.
