Objectives Discussion susceptibility correlation between lysyl oxidase gene polymorphism and lung cancer, colorectal cancerMethods 1 Case-control study. Collect Tangshan City, Hebei Province People’s(tumor)hospitals and hospital workers by histopathology diagnosed with primary lung cancer cases a total of 200 cases, 335 cases of primary colorectal cancer cases. Routine physical examination within the same period collected from 352 hospitals in these two cases in the control group, no restrictions of gender, age, no history of cancer, and clinical signs. An association 2 LOX gene 473 G / A polymorphism and colon cancer, OR = 2.75,95% CI of(1.25 to 6.02). An association occurs 3 LOX gene 473 G / A polymorphism and colorectal cancer is, OR = 2.74,95% CI of(1.38- 5.43). 4 in smoking packets: 1) lung cancer, non-smoking group, between cases and control groups were statistically significant(P <0.05) genotype differences, OR = 3.97,95% CI of(1.70 to9.29). Smoking group, between the case group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05) genotype differences, OR = 3.25,95% CI of(1.15 to 9.16). 2) colon cancer group, in the smoking group, genotype differences between cases and control groups were statistically significant(P <0.05), OR = 2.11,95% CI of(1.02 to 4.38). 3)colorectal cancer group, in the non-smoking group, between the case group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05) genotype differences, OR = 1.86,95%CI of(1.24- 2.80). 5 gender packets: 1) lung cancer in the male group, between the case group and control group was statistically significant difference in genotype distribution(P <0.05), OR = 3.23,95% CI of(1.53- 6.82). In the female group, between the case and control groups were statistically significant(P <0.05) genotype differences, OR =5.25,95% CI of(1.33 to 20.80). 2) colon cancer group, the female group, the genotype differences between cases and control groups were statistically significant(P <0.05), OR= 2.27,95% CI of(1.10 to 4.70). 3) colorectal cancer group, in the male group, genotype differences between cases and control groups were statistically significant(P <0.05), OR= 1.53,95% CI of(1.01 to 2.32). In women, between the case and control groups were statistically significant(P <0.05) genotype differences, OR values 樷樷and 95% CI OR =1.91, respectively, and were 2.25,95% CI(1.03 to 3.54) and( 1.11 ~ 4.53).Conclusion This study showed that LOX gene 473 G / A polymorphism and the risk of lung cancer,colon cancer and colorectal cancer-related, and then prompts LOX gene 473 G / A polymorphism of lung cancer, colorectal cancer incidence play an important role.Figure 3, Table 38, Reference 118...
