ECG and pulse signal contain a wealth of pathological information on the cardiovascular system and easy to access, so the analysis of ECG and pulse signal is great significant for prevention and detection of cardiovascular diseases. Due to the radius and length of vessels that pulse signals passes from the aorta to the bilateral radial arterys is different, so bilateral pulse signals of people is different,too. But the traditional pulse signal acquisition systems only can acquire and analysis the unilateral pulse signal. Therefore, a multi-channel signals Synchronous acquisition system is proposed in this paper, and it can synchronous acquir bilateral radial arterys pulse signals base on ECG signal, which can be used for analyzing the feasibility that evaluate upper limb arterial lesions by using the difference of bilateral pulse siganls transit time.The system has the characteristics of low-cost, high speed, multiple pathways, monitoring for a long time, etc. Single contact pulse pressure sensor is used to acquire signals, so we can analysis pulse wave form under different pressure by adjusting the pressure of sensor.The whole acquisition is composed of signal sampling circuit and PC software. Thereinto the signal acquisition circuit including signal conditioning module and A/D conversion module. Signals can be amplified, filtered and trap filtered in signal modulation circuit. A/D conversion moudule adopted the MCU of C8051F410 produced by Silibs Company which contains a 12bit A/D module, and it can also communicate with PC through the serial port. The main functions of PC software are real-time display signals vave and save signals data.Before analyzing signals, the pretreatment of signals include digital filtering, baseline drift and feature, and the difference of pulse signal transit time (DPTT) can be calculated. This study build the regression equation of time difference with the height, weight by using SPSS statistics software, which was associated significantly at the 0.01 level, and it has great reference value for estimating the difference of pulse signal transit time. In addition, the range of bilateral artery length is summarized in this paper based on statistical data of Chinese anatomy institute.Finally, pulse wave velocity (lrPWV) range of upper limb is calculated in this paper, and it closes to theoretical range of radial artery pulse wave velocity of healthy young people. So it proves the important value that evaluate upper limb arterial lesions by observe bilateral pulse wave transit time-difference.
